(kalau my mom dia akan buang kulit / kikis kulit yg berkilat sekali)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukan isi ikan ke dalam kuali bersama bahan2 yang telah dikisar tadi dan tidak lupa santan juga. kunyit ( goreng agak2 garing ) -ketepikan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bahan Sos : &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Cili kering yg dikisar - 5 sudu makan &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bawang putih - 2 ulas (cincang)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bawang besar - 1 labu (dihiris kasar)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sos Cili - 2 sudu makan &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sos Tiram - 1 sudu makan &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tomato - 1 biji&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Garam &amp;amp; Gula secukup rasa &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara-cara;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1) Gorengkan ikan yg digaul dgn garam &amp;amp; kunyit - ketepikan&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2) Untuk Sos pula, tumiskan bwang putih &amp;amp; bawang besar hingga layu&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3) Masukkan cili kisar &amp;amp; masak sampai pecah minyak, kemudian masukkan cili sos, sos tiram &amp;amp; garam serta gula sesedap rasa.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4) Akhir sekali masukkan tomato yg dibelah 6 bersama ikan yang di goreng tadi, biarkan beberapa minit.. dan siap untuk dihidangkan...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt; adunanku..apapun still best coz aku pelbagai kan dgn pencicah yang berlainan setiap hari...antaranya kari ikan, sambal tumis ikan bilis &amp;amp; sambal sardin.So, untuk resepi ni aku cuma buat separuh je la....&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sudu besar mentega &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sudu besar minyak masak &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sudu besar gula &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;150 ml air suam &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 g yis &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;250g tpg gandum &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;Cara-caranya:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mentega, minyak dan gula dibancuh dengan air suam &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tepung di gaul dengan yis &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kemudian campur semua bahan dan uli hingga licin dan kental &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Perap selama 1jam dalam beg plastik yang tertutup atau bekas yang tertutup &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Uli semula dan buat bulat2 dan cepat dimasak...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 bungkus mee kuning - dibasuh &amp;amp; ditoskan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 keping fish cake - dihiris keping2 (boleh juga masukan udang, ayam/daging)&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;sayur ( sawi &amp;amp; kobis ikut suka berapa banyak )&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 biji tomato - potong 8&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2- 3 biji cili padi - ditumbuk lumat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ulas bawang putih - dicincang&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 sd makan sos cili&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 sd maknan sos tiram&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 sd makan kicap manis&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sd makan minyak masak&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/4 cawan air&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-caranya:&lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak - tumis bawang putih yg dicincang hingga kekuningan , masukkan cili padi &amp;amp; air ,masak hingga mendidih.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan sos cili,sos tiram &amp;amp; kicap manis &amp;amp; fish cake yg telah dihiris. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan garam &amp;amp; gula sesedap rasa &amp;amp; biar mendidih 1x lagi.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan mee , tomato dan sayur yg telah secukupnya &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Gula-1cawan/200g&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minyak Masak - 1 Cawan/100ml &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Telur - 2 Biji &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tepung Gandum - 2 Gelas/200g-220g &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Soda Bikarbonat - 1 Sudu Makan &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-cara &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kupas pisang dan masukkan sehingga paras atas pemegang blender.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Kemudian masukkan gula,minyak masak dan telur. Kisar sehingga halus. memang best tak hingat resepi ni...sekejap je licin di kerjakan Umar dan ayahnya....memang dahsyat penangan puding pelangi ni.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;10g serbuk agar2&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;650ml air &lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;180gm gula pasir &lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;60gm mentega &lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 biji telur&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;½ tin susu cair &lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sudu makan tepung custard &lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sudu makan serbuk koko &lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 sudu teh vanilla &lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;pewarna merah dan kuning&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Cara-cara &lt;/p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masak agar2, air dan gula hingga mendidih dan ketepikan &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pukul telur.. kemudian masukkan susu &amp;amp; tepung custard setelah itu kacau hingga rata, kemudian ditapis &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Setelah ditapis, satukan adunan telur dan agar2 dan kacau rata, kemudian masak semula sehingga adunan mendidih kemudian masukkan mentega dan vanilla. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bahagikan adunan kpd 3 bahagian.Kemudian bubuh koko ke dalam salah satu adunan, 2 adunan lagi masing2 letak kaler kuning dan merah. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sengetkan loyang sedikit, tuang adunan berselang-seli untuk dapatkan corak. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;li&gt;Sejukkan di dalam peti ais dan sedia untuk dimakan.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/_fbJH2Y6UbdM/Sa6H82ozMeI/AAAAAAAAA2Q/o99Ztl7SaBY/s1600-h/umar+sedap.jpg"&gt;&lt;img style="TEXT-ALIGN: center; kunyit &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Minyak secukupnya untuk goreng ikan &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bahan Sos &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;5 sb cili boh&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sb sos cili&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sb sos tomato&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sb sos tiram&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 labu bawang besar di potong bulat&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 biji cili padi - di belah 2&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 ulas bawang putih di cincang&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 helai daun limau perut&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 biji tomato - dibelah 6&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;garam &amp;amp; gula secukup rasa&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;sedikit air &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-caranya: &lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Gorengkan ikan dalam minyak yg banyak sehingga masak dn kuning keeemasan. Tinggalkan kurang lebih 3 camca besar minyak. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Tumis bawang putih, bawang besar dan cili kisar hingga harum, masukkan semua jenis sos (*) dan gaul rata. Masukkan capsicum merah, kuning dan hijau serta air. Gaul rata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan udang, kacau hingga semua rata dan tambah garam dan sedikit gula jika perlu. Masak untuk 1 - 2 minit hingga pekat. Hubby.Wah!!!! sedap tul air tangan Mr. Newton ni ( bukan nak puji tapi memang betoi )... jap je dah licin..sedap hingga menjilat jari..terorr juga hubby aku bikin ini cheese cake...masih terasa keenakkan dan kegebuannya kat tekak aku ni...resepi dari myresepi yang dia suai-ubah ini memang tak menghampakan...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan-bahan &lt;strong&gt;A &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;250g cream cheese &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;200ml fresh cream&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 sudu besar jus lemon &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;3 sudu besar tepung gandum &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 biji telur &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;90g gula &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;Lapisan bawah &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;100g biskut marie/ graham cracker &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;50g butter(cairkan) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-cara &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan oven 170 degree. Sapukan loyang dgn butter atau alas dgn kertas minyak pun ok(oven paper) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan biskut ke dalam beg plastik. Ketuk-ketuk dengan kayu pencanai sehingga hancur. Masukkan butter dan ramas sehingga jadi berketul &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan biskut ke dalam loyang. Tekan padat-padat biskut tadi. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan semua bahan-bahan &lt;strong&gt;A&lt;/strong&gt; ke dalam mixer atau blander. Bersihkan dan toskan selama 1 jam atau lebih supaya daging tidak mengeluarkan air yg banyak ketika menggoreng. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Potong panjang kedua2 lada. Sebelum itu hendaklah dibuang dulu butir2 lada &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Panaskan minyak. Sebolehnya digunakan minyak yg banyak dan menggunakan api yg kuat spt yg ditunjukajar oleh chef asal supaya daging itu tak perlu digoreng dgn lama. Goreng daging lebih kurang 3 - 4 minit sambil dikacau supaya rata masaknya dan angkat. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Keluarkan minyak dan tinggalkan lebih kurang 3 sudu besar shj. Masukkan serbuk lada hitam dan kacau hingga berbau wangi dan masukkan lada merah. Lepas itu masukkan kicap manis, sos tiram, garam dan gula. Kacau sebati. Peringatan: garam tak perlu letak banyak2 kerana dah pun masin - dari kicap dan sos tiram &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan daging dan kacau sebati dan masukkan air. Sekiranya ingin lebih berkuah, lebihkan sukatan air. Biarkan mendidih, barulah dimasukkan lada benggala dan bancuhan air tepung jagung. Biarkan mendidih. sup bunjut sampai empuk..jgn lupa letak garam.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Tumis bahan tumis sampai naik bau dgn daun pandan sekali, setelah itu masukkan tomato puree dan kacau sampai pecah minyak sikit ,masukkan air rebusan daging dgn daging sekali,susu cair,garam,gula secukup rasa dan biarkan sampai mendidih.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;&lt;div align="left"&gt;Bila rasa dah lulus ,masukkan pula beras yang telah dibersihkan dan di toskan. Tumis lagi sehingga berbau. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan daging, kacau rata. Biarkan 2-3 minit. Kemudian masukkan santan. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bila agak-agak daging dah lembut, masukkan air asam jawa, garam dan gula. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bila daging dah betul lembut, masukkan pula kerisik dan gaul rata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Akhir sekali masukkan daun yang dimayang, biarkan sehingga kuah agak pekat.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Perhatian : Pastikan anda memasak dengan &lt;strong&gt;api ubi kentang&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sudu setengah rempah kari &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1/2 biji bawang besar &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 ulas bawang putih &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;daun sup &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;minyak&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 sudu kecil garam dan secubit ajinomoto &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;kulit popia &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;2 biji telur &lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara-caranya ;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Mula2 buat inti utk murtabak. caranya ialah bawang besar dan bawang putih di potong dadu. tumiskan bawang. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Apabila bawang sudah layu, masukkan rempah kari yang telah dibancuh dgn air. goreng sehingga pecah minyak. kemudian masukkan daging cincang. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Apabila daging masak, masukkan kentang yang dipotong dadu.masukkan garam dan ajinomoto. jika terlalu kering, tambahkan air. masak sehingga kentang empuk. akhir sekali masukkan daun sup. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Pukul telur di dalam mangkuk. masukkan inti tersebut ke dalam telur. kacau sehingga sebati. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ambil kulit popia dan bungkus inti murtabak segiempat. cara bungkus murtabak sama seperti bungkus popia. yang Tok aku buat la...dikesempatan balik raya hari tu, aku sempat berguru dengan Tok...actually nak buat dia tak la susah mana dan tahan berhari-hari...akan ku simpan resepi ni untuk generasi akan kalinya aku berjaya buat ketupat daun palas yang menjadi hidangan wajib di hari raya kat kampungku...dah berkali-kali aku belajar dari mak sebelum ni tapi tak pernah menjadi ( belajar separuh hati )...tapi kali ni aku berjaya buat ketupat palas..bukan sekilo dua beras tapi 3 kilo...mak macam tak percaya je...aku pun tak percaya juga yang aku dah lulus buat ketupat...Ini mungkin sebab aku begitu /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Alhamdulillah aku berjaya ber"Almond London" raya tahun ni ,nampaknya ia bakal menjadi kuih raya wajib setiap tahun mendatang....(resepi dari &lt;a href="http://tiffinbiru.blogspot.com/"&gt;Mat gebu&lt;/a&gt;.. thanks for ur wonderful recipe)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Utama:- &lt;/p&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;125 g mentega&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; 75 g gula aising &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 kuning telur &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 camca teh esen vanilla &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;225 g tepung gandum* &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;1 camca teh emplex*(*disatukan dan diayak) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;335 g badam berkulit, digoreng hingga kuning keemasan, toskan atas paper towel&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan Lain:- &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;300 g coklat masakkan&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt; 1/2 camca besar lemak sayur &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Gula hiasan (resepi asalnya badam dicincang) &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Paper cup saiz kecil secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara membuatnya:-&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;ol&gt;&lt;li&gt;Satukan mentega dan gula aising, kacau hingga sebati, masukkan kuning telur dan esen vanilla, terus memukul hingga berkrim. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit hingga adunan menjadi doh yang lembut. Tutup doh dengan tuala lembap. Ambil sedikit doh, kurang lebih 3/4 camca teh dan salutkan doh tadi pada sebiji badam. Buat hingga habis. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Bakar dalam oven pada suhu 150C selama 10 - 12 minit. Sejukkan atas jaringan. Cairkan coklat secara double boiler (meletak mangkuk tahan panas berisi coklat masakan di atas periuk air mendidih). Bila coklat cair, masukkan lemak sayur dan kacau rata. &lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ambil sebiji biskut yang "botak" tadi, masukkan dalam peper cup dan sudukan coklat masakkan hingga memenuhi biskut. Tabur sedikit gula hiasan dan susun dalam bekas. buah pelaga ) sampai naik bau.&lt;br /&gt;2) Masukkan cili kering yang telah dikisar bersama semua bahan kisar hingga pecah minyak&lt;br /&gt;3) Masukkan tomato puree , susu cair , ayam yang telah di goreng 1/2 masak &amp;amp; daging bersama 3 cawan air dan biarkan dengan api sederhana hingga kacang dal &amp;amp; daging empuk...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4) Masukkan ubi kentang dan carrot bersama santan dan biarkan sampai ubi dan carrot empuk...&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5) Masukkan kacang buncis , tomato , terung &amp;amp;
